Please take note that the prices on this page are reference rates per apartment, per night. We offer significant discounts on bookings for longer periods. Please feel free to contact us via email to enquire on our weekly, monthly or even semi-annual rates.

20% discount is available with direct bookings with us, that are fully paid in advance. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival are fully refundable.

Apartment Descriptions

  • All apartments at Villa Agios Konstantinos have seafront balconies.
  • All apartments have fully equipped self catering kitchens, that include a refrigerator, two plate stove, an oven, coffee machine, a dining table and cutlery.
  • All apartments have a bathroom, consisting of a toilet and a shower.

Studio (28 m²)

€ 40/night: 1st Apr - 30th Jun
€ 50/night: 1st Jul - 31st Aug
€ 40/night: 1st Sep - 31st Oct
The studios can cater for up to 3 people. It includes two single beds and a couch that can accommodate an additional person. 

Maisonette (57 m²)

€ 60/night: 1st Apr - 30th Jun
€ 80/night: 1st Jul - 31st Aug
€ 60/night: 1st Sep - 31st Oct
The maisonette can cater for up to 6 people and consists of two floors. On the top floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each. The kitchen is located on the lower floor, together with the bathroom and a lounge. Both floors of the maisonette have seafront facing balconies.
